We are so excited to be bringing Dance Meets Tantra ("DMT") to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. 

Guided by a skilled, attuned, and experienced facilitation team, this immersive experience will set a trauma-informed foundation of consent, care, and self-responsibility. Together, we will embark on a profound exploration of conscious dance, relational intimacy, somatic attunement, shadow play, and ritual.

We are so blessed to have the incredible Sunshine Sole traveling from Italy to be sharing the 5Rhythms as a part of this immersion. Sunshine has traveled the USA in 2023 and 2024 weaving the 5Rhythms into Dance Meets Tantra. 

We’re coming to shed our masks and explore the vulnerable, messy, and sweaty beauty of our bodies, hearts, and souls. This is your chance to dive deep—bringing all of yourself to move, feel, and play in this extraordinary container of aliveness.

About the immersion:

Our day-long immersion is an opportunity to spend a day moving, breathing, learning and loving together with an incredible group of embodied humans.

We will create a powerful heart-centered container, set clear agreements, and explore profound connection and movement-based workshops that build upon each other over the course of the immersion.
